Pottery and Jewelry purchases:
We accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship Items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned item(s)
Item must be in original package in order to return.
For our soap and salve products:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances if contacted within 15 days after receiving your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.
